After School Care

The St. Joseph STREAM Academy and Makerspace is open everyday after school, and sponsors new classes/sessions every six weeks. After school each day our students have the opportunity to dive in and explore through this optional extension of time and space to our curriculum. Our teachers have intentionally designed opportunities in Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics that are exciting and appropriate for all grade levels. Our afterschool Makespace and Freestyle courses, along with our iPad program, new Chrome Books, and current extensive academic curriculum help to foster the Spiritual gifts of Awe and Wonder. Just as Catholic educators and missionaries have been doing for centuries, we are excited to ignite a passion for exploration and learning helping to set “Hearts Aflame for the Love of Christ” especially in the areas of Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics.
